Established in 2000, Wuxi City Qianzhou Seamless Tube Factory specializes in manufacturing the seamless steel tubes of ASTM, DIN and BS. Our company is near to the prosperous Shanghai City and the Ningbo Port, which offers us a convenient transportation networks.

Our factory has an area of 50,000 square meters, in which 20,000 square meters of buildings, 4,000 square meters of green plants, 3,000 square meters of paths and 2,000 of ponds. The working environment is pretty good in my factory.

Our working staffs are a group of highly educated and richly experienced people. To pay respect to the intellectual and being eager for the talent, our factory has recruited, trained and introduced various talents to the right working positions during the past few years. The total number of employees is up to 300, of which the management staff is 35, workers are 230. One chief engineer is with the glorious title of Laboring Model of our city Wuxi, one economist, and seven persons with the senior professional titles. Fifteen persons are professional inspectors in quality.

The seamless steel tubes are made with the exclusive process of cold drawing of our factory. The steel tube is featured with high precision and high brightness. Because of using the exclusively nonoxidizable process of bright heat treatment, the inner and outer walls have high cleanness without oxidized surface. The tube has the excellent mechanical properties, resulting in no leakage under the high pressure, no deformation after cooling bent and no seam after flaring and pressing in different applications.

Currently, the company owns three modern production lines configured with combined equipments from China and other countries, and has the complete set of inspection and testing equipments. Our annual capacity is up to 100,000 metric tons.

Enjoying a good reputation, these products have been extensively used as a substitute of the imported steel tubes with the same standard for application in varieties of industries, such as hydraulic system, automobile fabrication, military industry, engineering, locomotive, aircraft, shipbuilding, plastic injection molding, pressure mold, machine tool, diesel, petrochemical industry, power station and boiler.
